What is the language that ArcherMind uses internally and with Customers?
In ArcherMind, the official working language is English. Both internal and external emails, technical files and other types of documentations are completed in English. Weekly meetings within teams and with management are held in English. Project managers have regular conference calls with global customers twice a week, all of which are carried out in English.

Have you developed products and provided development services outside of China?
ArcherMind feels fortunate to have developed a solid base of business in both North America and in Europe. We do also have customers that are located in China. One of ArcherMind's business objectives is to set up an on-going cooperative relationship with the customer that allows ArcherMind to support the customer on several projects over a long period.

What training does ArcherMind undertake for its staff?
The quality of employees and their development through training are major factors in determining long-term profitability of software outsourcing business. It is one of our policies to greatly invest in the development of employee skills as to increase the overall productivity when we are in the need of hiring and retaining competent individuals.
ON-THE-JOB TRAINING is delivered to employees while they perform their regular jobs. In this way, they do not lose time while they are learning. Each project plan contains detailed training instructions. A training schedule is then established with periodic evaluations with feedback to employees on their performance. On-the-job techniques include orientations, job instruction training, apprenticeships, internships and assistantships, job rotation and coaching.

How do you manage network security?
ArcherMind has passed ISO27001 in early 2008. We have implemented the systematic documents and related regulations in accordance with IS027001 standards to secure the best safety of internal and external network.

What backup procedures and disaster recovery procedures and business continuity plans does ArcherMind have in place?
Disaster recovery consists of coding and project data protection. We operate full backup each week, and store in separate places. If we encounter emergencies, our IT department will draw data from the backup places, and restore the nearest backup under our backup recovery process which involves management board authorization and supervision.
