Jiping Wang is the CEO and co-founder of ArcherMind Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. As CEO of ArcherMind, Jiping recognized the potential of the offshore software development market and created the Company vision and strategy to assemble a world-class technical and professional team, addressing the Global mobile communication software development, quality assurance testing and project management opportunity. The leaders at ArcherMind embrace Jiping's philosophy of being accessible to the customer and in being committed to insure customer satisfaction with every customer deliverable. The company is very stable and is becoming a leading mobile software development outsourcing company in China.

Before founding ArcherMind, Mr. Wang also founded MobileSoft Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. in 2001. His leadership contributed tremendously to the company's growth into a leading mobile phone software provider in China.

Under Jiping's leadership, MobileSoft developed the first commercial grade Linux smart phone OS in China. This company was acquired by PalmSource in 2004, which was then acquired by ACCESS in 2005.

Prior to joining MobileSoft, Jiping developed his technical and leadership skills as a software engineer, in management at different companies until joining Communication Intelligence Corporation (CIC) as the Deputy General Manager in China. His primary responsibility was product development for embedded devices such as PDA's and smart phones, including the development of the Jot handwriting recognition software. This new and innovative software was licensed to Microsoft, Ericsson, Nortel, and many other original equipment manufactures (OEMs).

Jiping Wang earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Beijing University, China. He earned a Masters degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Jackey Yang is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and co-founder of ArcherMind Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. In this leadership position, Mr. Yang has the lead responsibility to assist customers in the definition of their software development requirements, launch project plans, oversees development activities and audits development work deliverables. He has been instrumental in providing the architecture for the technical development team's technical expertise and structure.

Mr. Yang also leads the ArcherMind Business Development activities. He works very closely in customer executive level sales activities and in establishing marketing strategies and plans. Mr. Yang has been actively involved with Senior Customer leaders in the delivery of software outsourced development ArcherMind projects.

Before jointly founding ArcherMind, Mr. Yang founded in 2005, his own business that developed embedded systems for set top boxes. Mr. Yang is also the leader of Magic Linux, a popular Chinese Linux distribution group.

Mr. Yang has had several years of experience in the North American market. He worked in Canada where he has developed technical expertise in system administration, technical support and software development. In addition to these capabilities, he holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Mr. Yang earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University of Technology, China. He earned the Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Acadia University in Canada.

Leon Huang is Vice President (VP) Business Development and Engineering at ArcherMind Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., China. Hr. Huang directly reports to ArcherMind's CEO. In his Business Development role, he is involved with key customer account management. In his Engineering role, he leads the product line management function.

Before joining ArcherMind, Leon Huang was Chief Technical Officer and Vice General Manager of the Network Security Business Unit in NJU Soft Inc., a public company listed on the HK stock market. His role included: product line management, current key account management, leading a team of project managers, R&D directors and senior engineers.

As an overseas returnee, Mr. Huang has 8 years of North American work experience in the high tech industry both in Canada and the United States. He is a senior management professional with over 16 years experience in the telecom industry with hands-on R&D experience. His work experiences include software development, project management, and senior technical marketing management. Leon Huang has hands-on experience with telecom and network system development, marketing and customer support.

Mr. Huang has an excellent understanding of the Telecom market. He has worked for Cisco Systems in Canada and United States on the Gigabit core router product line. He also has hands-on experience with Nortel Networks' layer 3 switches Passport 8600.

Feng Gao is the Vice President (VP) of Business Development at ArcherMind Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. In this position, he focuses on forging relationships with handset manufacturers, mobile operators, chipset vendors and other software solution providers. Mr. Feng has over 10 years of Software Industry experience in business development, marketing, sales and management.

Prior to joining ArcherMind, he was Business Development manager for PalmSource where he was responsible for establishing and improving business relations with mobile operators in China, such as China Mobile and China Unicom. From PalmSource, he joined ACCESS as a Senior Sales Manager, focusing on new product sales and new market development. He played a key role in building the relationship with Orange. He was successful in making the ACCESS Linux platform selection at Orange for their Linux phone. He also was successful in creating Access business in two new markets of South America (Brazil) and East Europe (Poland).

Feng Gao graduated from Tsing Hwa University China. Mr. Gao earned his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport Connecticut USA.

Dr. Eric Qiu is Vice President (VP) Business Development at ArcherMind Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. In this position, Mr. Qiu will focus on the Business development, Marketing, and customer sales activities.

Mr. Qiu brings to ArcherMind over 18 years of professional experience in management, business development, marketing, sales, merger and acquisition (M&A), capital fund raising, IT consulting services, manufacturing and business start-up in the United States and China. In particular in the past several years, he has been extensively involved in:

• China Market: to penetrate, establish, operate and expand business in China, either organically or thru M/A by leveraging experience and resources in both USA and China.

• Corporate Partnership and Public Relationship: establish reputable business partners or government support and promote business in China through synergistic efforts.

• Off-shoring Outsourcing: to establish or expand off-shore outsourcing business in China to lower the operational cost in the US Companies or Companies in other regions worldwide.

• Professional Services: to provide highly experienced professional consulting services and manage a seasoned professional team to execute business plans, in China.

In 2000, Mr. Qiu worked in the USA for a California-based start-up company. He performed multifunctional roles in fund-raising, managing the USA marketing activity and operating the R&D facility in Shanghai. During the many years of his professional career in the USA since 1989, he has worked with several companies such as IBM, ExxonMobil, Software Productivity Consortium, Data Metrics Systems, Viking Instruments, etc., in a variety of technical and business roles.

Mr. Qiu returned to China in 2002 and served as Chief Technical Officer & Chief Marketing Officer with Baosight. This company is Baosteel's IT business subsidiary which has been the largest Chinese IT service company in Shanghai and the largest Chinese IT service company serving manufacturing in China. In 2005 he joined EDS, a USA based global leading IT service company, as the Director of business development, marketing, sales, M&A and management for China.

Mr. Qiu received a M.S. in Computer Engineering and B.S. in Computer Sciences from the Polytechnic University of Shanghai, China. He earned a PHD in Computer Engineering from George Mason University, USA.
