• Bachelor/Master degree in electrical engineering, computer science or the equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in software programming and 2 years in project management
• Strong C/C++ or Java programming skills and knowledge of OO and Software engineering
• Experience in one or more of the following technical domains:
• Embedded Applications under different platforms, such as Linux, WinCE, Microsoft Smartphone, RTOS, etc
• Wireless and Network Communication Protocols (GSM, CDMA, 3G, TCP/IP, etc.)
• Software / Hardware interface and device drivers in different OS
• Very Good problem solving and analysis capability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading a team
• Good written and oral English skills
