A hallmark of ArcherMind's success and a founding corporate policy is Intellectual Property Protection. ArcherMind has never had a breach in client IP security. We take extreme measures to protect client IP that are deeply engrained in our culture and our core business processes.

ArcherMind has implemented a comprehensive Information Security System framework to effectively manage, protect, monitor and supervise information security. This security infrastructure also ensures that all employees, external contractors and any third-party personnel adhere to stated security policies.

Our strict IP protection measures include:

• Dedicated, secure office environment
• Strict policy and enforcement on electronic and hard copy information transmission
• Strict confidentiality agreements with all employees
• Frequent security audits and compliance inspections

In our Virtual Overseas Development Center (VODC) we provide each client with a dedicated office space and no person outside of the project team has access to the office or any client IP. The dedicated office has the following security measures:

• Secure and locked facility and office with separate locked doors accessible only by project-related personnel
• Dedicated computer server for each client
• Physically closed LAN system for each client making it impossible to "copy" a clients IP on the Internet
• Customized development computers without USB or Floppy/CD drives making it impossible to transfer information out of the office
• 24/7 facility surveillance system
• Dedicated security team to enforce security policy
• Restrictions on Internet access
• Frequent data backup on a daily basis
