Flexibility has been the mainstay of our relationships with our customers. Our service delivery models are aligned with customer objectives. We deliver service delivery on a range of time-and-material and fixed-price driven models for short-term or multi-year contracts.

Three major service delivery models are available to customers per their request.

Project based

• Fixed scope of work, schedules and fees
• Agreed process for scope and change orders
• Agreed acceptance criteria

Team based

• Fixed team is dedicated to the customer
• Co-management of team between customer and ArcherMind

Virtual Overseas Development Center (VODC)

• ArcherMind's Offshore Development Center has been developed to serve as a virtual and seamless extension of customer IT operations with the goal of providing them with enhanced flexibility and scalability options.
• Long-term commitment (two year minimum)
• Fixed budget, agreed upon team, agreed scope of work
• Co-management
• Potential to transfer the center to the customer after a period of time (BOT model, Build-Operate-Transfer)
